Last Friday (19/12/25), the team were contacted by Bolton Mountain Rescue Team and Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team (BPMRT) to assist with an ongoing search near Appley Bridge.

On Monday (22/12/25), the team were contacted by Lancashire Police to assist with an ongoing multi-agency incident near Dinkley, on the River Ribble, with our team working alongside colleagues at Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team (BPMRT) and Police LSOs (Licenced Search Officers).
Our thoughts are with the family and friends affected by both these incidents at this time, and no further comments will be made by the team.
