CALL OUT 67
Today at approximately 11:40 the team were called out to a walker who had been reported to have been pulled over by his dog and had a suspected dislocated knee. The initial description leads the gentleman to be right on the border of our patch around the area of Tottington. It was soon apparent it was actually in our neighbouring teams, Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
It was requested that our local members continue to the scene and assist the Bolton Team.
The gentleman was treated on the scene and transferred to the land ambulance after a short stretcher carry.
We wish the gentleman a speedy recovery and hope his dog won’t be in too much trouble.
