CALLOUT 31
The team were contacted yesterday evening at around 21:30 (13/03/2021) by the North West Ambulance Service to assist with a casualty who had been found by the police at Dean Clough Reservoir, nr Langho.
Team members responded to the scene and met with personnel from both NWAS and Lancashire Police. The team made their way down the muddy access track towards the casualtyβs location.
The casualty was carried a short distance to the team vehicle before being transported approximately 750m back along the track to the road and awaiting ambulance.
As always it was great to see such great teamwork between the emergency services – all coming together to assist someone in the community in their time of need. We wish the casualty all the best and hope they have a full and speedy recovery.
